Quality and Standards in Edom Fruits:
Edom bases its regulation system on the HACCP principle, the law requirements in Israel and the destined countries and on the European standard requirements (EUREPGAP, TNC, F2F, BRC, ETI).
The regulations are written in the company's regulation book and are updated from time to time according to law changes or requirements and then assimilated at the growers.
All the growers' activities are channeled to one computerized system that documents the grower's actions in every location.
Packing Houses are subjected to very strict hygiene requirements, food safety, employee monitoring and safety.
The company and the growers are accompanied by professionals who instruct them in the growing and packing locations and examine every process by the HACCP principles and company requirements.
The growers are tested internal tests throughout the season and are examined by an external body (Israeli Standard Institute).
